Ferrari employees could receive a €14,900 bonus after record 2025 results

Ferrari closed 2025 with the strongest financial performance in its history, delivering a total of 13,640 vehicles during the year. This was, intriguingly, 112 fewer units than in 2024, yet it produced a better financial outcome.

Revenue rose by 7% to €7.146 billion, while operating profit climbed 12% to reach €2.11 billion.

Ferrari's record results and employee bonus

Against this backdrop, and as it has done in previous years, Ferrari has chosen to award an annual bonus to its employees in Italy. This year's payment could come very close to €15,000 (€14,900) per employee. Ferrari employs around 5,000 people in Italy in total.

Chief executive Benedetto Vigna announced the measure while presenting the company's results for the fourth quarter of 2025.

Following its best-ever results, this also represents the highest amount ever paid through the company's internal scheme. Last year, the bonus stood at €14,400.

Although deliveries declined slightly, the company's strategy remains centred on profitability. As a manufacturer of cars with high individual values, Ferrari prioritises the profit margin generated by each vehicle rather than sheer volume.

2026 production already sold out

Ferrari's immediate outlook appears equally strong. According to management, its entire 2026 production allocation has already sold out, while the order book for 2027 is also almost full.

This year, the marque is preparing to introduce five new models, including the first fully electric model in its history. A further 20 launches are planned by 2030. Even so, 80% of the range will continue to feature an internal-combustion engine, including where it forms part of a hybrid system.

Ferrari believes combustion engines have not yet reached their technical limit. Consequently, its V6, V8 and V12 units will continue to be developed, balancing their performance with increasingly stringent emissions rules. If there was any doubt, the results show that the marque is on exactly the right course and, at this rate, Ferrari employees should receive another bonus at the end of this year too.
