Leapmotor B10 Dynamic Irmscher Edition gains a sharper edge

Leapmotor has turned to German tuner Irmscher to give its B10 electric SUV a sharper edge, in one of the automotive industry’s more unexpected partnerships.

Leapmotor B10 Dynamic Irmscher Edition

This is the second project shared by Leapmotor and Irmscher, a company best known for its upgraded Opel models. Their first collaboration focused on the nearly 600 hp C10 AWD.

The new Leapmotor B10 Dynamic Irmscher Edition stands apart through its more aggressive styling and enhanced dynamic credentials.

For the smaller B10, Irmscher has fitted bespoke side skirts, 19-inch alloy wheels and several aerodynamic additions. Its suspension has also been reworked, gaining a firmer set-up and a 30 mm reduction in ride height, giving the SUV a far more purposeful stance.

Sport-inspired cabin and unchanged output

No images of the cabin have been released, although exclusive trim finishes and sport-inspired details have been announced.

What is still missing is extra performance. It retains the standard B10’s 160 kW (218 hp), as increasing output is not as straightforward as applying a simple remap to an internal-combustion engine.

For now, the Leapmotor B10 Dynamic Irmscher Edition appears to be intended exclusively for Germany. Production will be limited to 500 units, priced at €38,500.
