Opel Grandland Electric Long Range now available to order

The Opel Grandland Electric Long Range is now available to order, with prices starting at €47,950. Fitted with a 97 kWh battery, this electric SUV claims a range of up to 694 km on the WLTP cycle from a single charge.

Its powertrain produces 170 kW (231 hp) and 345 Nm of torque, enabling it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 170 km/h.

For charging, the Grandland supports alternating current at up to 11 kW and direct current at up to 160 kW, matching the other electric versions in the range.

Opel Grandland Electric Long Range equipment levels

The Long Range version arrives in Portugal in two trim levels: the entry-level Edition and the GS. Even the base model comes with ergonomic Intelli-Seats, a chassis featuring Frequency Selective Damping technology, a 10-inch infotainment display and LED headlights.

The GS version adds equipment including the Intelli-HUD head-up display, an Intelli-Vision 360° camera, a 16-inch screen and further technologies.

Other powertrains available

Alongside the Long Range model, the Grandland Electric is also offered with a 73 kWh battery, providing up to 521 km of WLTP range. An all-wheel-drive version is also available, delivering 239 kW (325 hp) and 509 Nm of torque.

The wider range additionally includes two hybrid versions - a 48 V mild hybrid and a plug-in hybrid - with 145 hp and 195 hp respectively, providing alternatives for buyers seeking more conventional powertrains.
